"1000% based on Cherrie Roberts. She acts like it’s the worst thing in the world to do anything to assist you. After a few phone calls, emails I was still given wrong information. Simple things like I offered the vin and she said no and asks the year to only need the vin 2 min later. Bad tone and service by phone or email. I asked specifically for changes to my policy so that I can leave and she didn’t apply my information. Prices are higher than competitors. Just waiting it out to leave."

"Worst experience I’ve had with an insurance agent. Left statefarm and went elsewhere. Our insurance prices were always changing monthly, a few months we were over charged. Amy never got our information updated correctly. She never processed refunds and other things like she had told us she would. Communication was terrible. We left statefarm over a month ago because of all these issues they have had on their end and have done nothing but give excuses. They then finally cancel our policy like requested, send about 5 cancellation notices, still sent insurance cards and pamphlets after cancellation, but mail our refund checks to the wrong address so we never received them. All of this, even after having discussions about price increases because we moved from that address, so Amy and Statefarm knew full well we did not live there anymore. We got better services and prices elsewhere and I will let everyone I know to stay away from statefarm."
